Transfers

In the rare and unexpected event that the property is unable to provide previously confirmed accommodation, it will comply with its standards, assuming the obligation to transfer customers to an alternative property of the same or higher standard, at no cost to the customer. The alternatives presented are the responsibility of the Property. If the client chooses a property of a different level to the alternatives presented under this condition, the client will be obliged to pay any difference.

No-Shows Policy

In case of no-shows, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Early Check-Out

The hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee if the guest departs before the original departure date.

Late Check-Out

Upon request, please contact the reservations department for more information and conditions. Additional costs may apply.

Crib and extra bed reservations

Upon request and pending confirmation from the Hotel.

Groups

If booking for more than 4 rooms, different conditions and additional supplements may apply.

Foreign currency

Only the currency used for booking is confirmed.
